Limited Three Year Warranty
All KNIGHTEDGE brand knives and swords are warranted against defects in
materials and workmanship for three years from date of purchase in the United
States and Canada. Knights Edge Ltd. will repair or replace, at its sole
discretion, any returned product during this warranty period subject to the
following terms and conditions:
Proof of Purchase: With your returned product, you must include a copy of
your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase.
Reasonable Application: This limited three year warranty does not apply to any
defect caused by improper or unreasonable use as determined exclusively by
Knights Edge Ltd.. To support your warranty claim, please include with your
returned product, a written description of the problem.
Waiver of Liability: Should Knights Edge Ltd. determine that any returned
product is deemed to be a defect as provided above, the sole remedy for such
defective product shall be repair or replacement as expressly provided herein.
Under no circumstances shall Knights Edge Ltd. be liable for an loss, injury
or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of defects, the use, or
inability to use any
KNIGHTEDGE product, to the full extent these damages may be disclaimed by law.
Shipping & Handling: A check or money order for $10.00 US to cover shipping
and handling costs
must accompany your returned product. To return any KNIGHTEDGE product for our
inspection,
