Each blade is made from 1084, 1095 and 15N20 steel, which contains 2% nickel combined together to create a very striking high contrast twist pattern clear through the blade (not acid etched on the surface like those typical cheap imported Damascus). These blades are not just beautiful, they are tough! They also hold an amazing edge and are easy to sharpen. All you could ask for in a truly functional work of art! 	Each blade is hand profiled, hand ground, hand forged & hand polished.
	100+ layers / forge welded above 2000 degrees in a gas forge.
	Forged and welded numerous times to develop the pattern and blade profile.
	Hardened in a quenching oil then double tempered.
	Polished to bring out the nickel and one of a kind distinctive patterns.
	Authentic shed North American deer or elk antler.
	Triple normalized to remove any forging stress, then annealed.
	Accompanied with a hand made leather sheath.
	Each knife is a one-of-kind functional piece of art.
